We are seeking a friendly, business professional to help lead our business operations here at Augusta Aesthetics. Job duties include: daily operations, payroll, event planning, marketing, project management and more! Hours may vary from 20-40 hours.
Job Duties:
- Manage the daily operations of the medical spa, including overseeing staff and administrative duties
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and make strategic decisions to improve performance and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring that all concerns and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase patient base
- Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional customer service and adhering to operational policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Highly organized
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to work some weekends, evenings and special events
- Experience leading or managing a business.
- A passion for the beauty, wellness, & aesthetic industry

Augusta Aesthetics Medical Spa is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team in Cincinnati as a Patient Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working front desk, and checking in patients. The Patient Care Coordinator will be a liaison between patients and medical staff to ensure that patients receive quality care and services.
Job Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical spa
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from patients and medical staff
- Schedule appointments and consultations for patients
- Maintain patient records and update medical files
- Assist medical staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide patients with information on the Augusta's services and products
Requirements:
- High school graduate / Associates degree (or equivalent)
- Pursuing nursing or interested in skincare / aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with scheduling
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
